The ground floor features a open plan living room with flat screen satellite TV and gaming console and a modern fully equipped kitchen and guest WC. The whole ground floor opens up to a covered veranda and the pool area which is nicely secluded and offers a pool safety fence for ease of mind if you have young children. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, bedroom TV and an en-suite shower, a second bedroom with a double bed and a baby crib, a third bedroom with two single beds and the family bathroom. Villa Michelle is fully air-conditioned, has free Wi-Fi internet, Satellite TV and central heating. Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host.

Protaras Holiday Villa Michelle is located in one of the best locations in Pernera. Within a 200 metre radius you will find a doctors, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more. Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is fastly becoming as popular as neighbouring town Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nighlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone! The central Protaras Strip and Sunrise Beach is only 15 minutes' walk away and Pernera Centre is only about 3 minutes' walk. Only 10 minutes' drive away is the cosmopolitan resort of Agia Napa, a land where the world’s colours meet and harmonize. Discover golden sandy beaches beside crystal clear turquoise waters.
