I'm in the tourist industry of Cyprus for over 35 years. Since June 2015, I own the Narcissos Villas, at the moment 4 villas in and 9 holiday apartments in total. We are a small family run business, professionals and specialising in villa and apartment rentals in the area of Ayia Napa and Protaras. The majority of our 2 or 3 bedroom villas are located in Cavo Greco area near by Konnos beach and all our apartments (1 or 2 bedroom) in a quiet complex 400 meters next to Nissi Beach in Ayia Napa. Our aim is to provide you personal attention, clean properties with full facilities and amenities in order to enjoy your holiday with us. Our repeat guests and the high review scores make us proud for what we are offering but at the same time we never stop improving and adding more facilities and amenities for our guests. Only 300 meters from the nearest beach, this elegant newly renovated 3 bedroom villa is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation with private swimming pool, sunbeds, and umbrellas. The bright modern open plan kitchen, living and dining area open out onto the swimming pool terrace next to pergola shade with outdoor dining furniture. Next to the pool and the pergola shade one can find the BBQ. The villa can easily accommodate 8 persons as on the sofa bed on the ground floor can sleep 2 persons. There are 3 bathrooms in the villa which all have been fully renovated in February 2025. On is on the ground floor, one on the first floor with a walk in shower and one en-suite in the master bedroom. Useful and important information: Check in at 3pm and check out at 10am. Please note that one-time FREE cleaning service and change of bed linen are provided for a minimum of 10 nights stay. In the accommodation price includes free electricity usage of 36 kWh per day, which is sufficient for normal daily use. For our younger guests under 25 years of age and or groups of 7 and or 8 persons, a damage (security) deposit of EUR 300 is required and will be collected upon arrival. Please also note that we do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet hours 23:00 - 9:00 hours

The villa is located in a quiet area 2 Km from the Protaras center and only 1 Km from the popular Konnos Beach and the Grecian Park hotel. Fig tree bay and Sunrise beach 2 Km away. Nearest beach 300 meters. Restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance from the villa.
