    “location location location. only 50 merters walk from a quite nice beach. the appartment pool is also Ok. other facilities like Gyros shop supermarket and so are with easy walking distance. the house is comfortable and well equiped for every need”

This fabulous villa is in a prime location right on the sea front with fantastic unobstructed sea views. The open plan lounge has two large comfortable sofa’s, IPTV and coffee table and leads to the well equipped spacious kitchen and dining area. Patio doors lead out to the pool and garden area.There are 3 bedrooms: one en suite with full sea view from balcony, one with a double bed also with great sea view from balcony and a third one with 2 single beds. There is also a shared bathroom and FREE Wi-Fi in entire house. Just a few minutes walk from the villa is the lovely sandy beach of Pernera. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby and in the center of Pernera which is only 2 minutes walk away. The busier and larger resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa are easily reached by car or local buses where there are many more beautiful beaches, with good water sports facilities. Ayia Napa is of course also famous for its lively nightlife.
