Kateryna, who is the General Manager of the Company, is living in Larnaca, so she is always available to assist you and make sure that you enjoy your holidays. We are currently successfully managing 30 properties in Larnaca beach area and 1 villa in Protaras area. Our mission is for all our guests to have enjoyable relaxing time staying at our properties and to feel free to contact us whenever they need to.

Offering a common garden with palm trees,our spacious apartment is located in Oroklini tourist area within walking distance to restaurants,hotels,shops,bars,bus stop,bicycle road.The beach is only 200m away. A Brand new spacious balcony with distant sea views and beautiful garden views has just been installed in June 2023 for the comfort of our guests.
