Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company however can be perfect, so we are always striving to make things better for our property owners and our clients.

This modern and stylish 4 bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic location. The villa is situated just a few minutes walk from the resort of Protaras. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the spacious gardens and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday. This stunning property is set out all on one level which is great for all ages. As you enter, you are greeted by the large stylish lounge with feature fireplace and comfortable seating area, this leads round into a modern dining and kitchen area with breakfast bar and seating for 8, there are patio doors leading outside to the decked seating area. The furniture and decor throughout is very contemporary and stylish and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is a fully tiled shower room with WC and the long hallway leads to the first of four bedrooms, which has 2 bunk beds, the second bedroom is a twin with the third being a double and the 4th is a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom complete with bath, overhead shower and WC, there is also a walk in closet.
