Comfortable and spacious apartment (67 square meters), nicely decorated with all facilities required for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Unobstructed panoramic sea view even from your bed, the salon, and the big balcony. Beach Front Apartment, less than 50 meters from the famous Fig Tree Bay (probably the best beach in Cyprus). Closed to a big supermarket ( 20 meters away). Only 15 meters away from the popular bakery/cafeteria of Zorbas On The Beach. Oposite to the 5* hotel of Capo Bay and access to its facities (haidressing, spas, etc). Within walking distance of everything that Protaras has to offer (night life, restaurants, pubs, shops, water sports, etc) and yet far from noise. Near to a bus stop and to a taxi station.
Owner is a Cypriot, local resident, and very friendly person. Knows very well the area and ready to explain and help for anything concerning the apartment and any other information needed for a pleasant stay (where to eat, interested places to visit, and many other).
Besides the closeby famous beach of Fig Tree Bay (swimming, sunbathing, watersports, etc), the apartment is conveniently located at the centre of almost everything that the destination has to offer. Within walking distance are numerous restaurants, bars, shops, fruitmarket, cafeterias and decades of all kind of shops. Easy to plan for local trips to the most polular and interesting places such as museums, water parks, aquarium, nearby villages, churches, chapels, Cavo Greko national park, Ayia Napa night life, and many more.
