Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company however can be perfect, so we are always striving to make things better for our property owners and our clients

Property information

As you enter the villa, you will find the large and modern, open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area surrounded by patio doors that lead to the pool and garden. The living room features comfortable sofas and Satellite TV, the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 8 persons, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. On the same floor, you will find three of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, double bed and widescreen TV, bedroom 2 has a two single beds and bedroom 3 has a double bed and widescreen TV. All bedrooms has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is on this floor with bathtub, overhead shower and WC. On the lower ground floor, you will find the fourth bedroom which has two single beds. As you come out of the bedroom, there is a large open space which has another two single beds, so the villa can accommodate 10 people. There is an extra bathroom on this floor with a shower and WC. Outside, in the large spacious garden, you will find a barbecue, outside dining area, outside shower, sun loungers and large private pool overlooking the sea views.

Just 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and a selection of shops and restaurants, this area of Protaras offers a quiet and relaxing setting whilst being within easy reach of all the resort amenities.
