We are a small family business that aims to offer our guests everything that we would like to have, if we were the ones on holiday! We also offer our personal assistance before, during and after your reservation, making your experience as care free as possible. Our three villa resort at its present form has been in operation since 2009, although we had the first villa built in 2004 and were renting it as a holiday villa from back then. We are proud to say that we have been offering high quality accommodation throughout all these years by constant renewals, redecoration and upgrades. We are delighted to say that our 3 large villas each have independent Pool Heating systems that are available as an optional extra. Please contact us for more details. OCEANOS, NAUTILUS and POSEIDON Beach Villas are three completely independent waterfront villas that form the exclusive Blue Coral Beach Villas Resort. Each villa has its own private swimming pool, separate barbecue area and private garden. Our resort also offers BABY CORAL ANNEX, which is a one bedroom guest house with private garden but without a swimming pool. During the architectural planning of the resort and the construction of the villas, we took great care in preserving privacy. As a result, the villas are divided by high fencing and are very exclusive, and, even though they are next to each other they do not overlook into each other’s pool. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants and bars within walking distance from the villas (0.5 km), the closest two being about 200 metres away (a convenience store and Sea You beach lounge bar). We could assist with activities that you may wish to do (sightseeing cruises, golf courses, mountain trails, etc.) as well as suggest visits to places of interest (antiquities, museums, wineries, shops, etc.), nice restaurants and taverns. Also, we are proud to say that we have an Eco-friendly Green Policy and apply in our operation as many guidelines as possible from the relevant ISO standards for recycling and environmental management control.

Neighbourhood information

In addition, the Cosmopolitan area of Coral Bay is just 2km away, offering a selection of restaurants, bars and night clubs. If you will not be hiring a car, please note that there is a bus stop very close to the villas and the bus journey to Coral Bay is less than 2 minutes. Taxis are also available and the fare is relatively cheap, especially if you use a minibus taxi that takes many passengers. Coral Bay is a beautiful beach, which has been granted the Blue Flag certification by the EU. The beach in front of our villas is also an amazing one with deep blue water and a mixture of sand and colourful pebbles of all sizes. The beach is easily accessible via our paved walkway that runs along the entrances of the villas and then a 50 metre long footpath which follows a smooth downhill direction to the beach level. The part of the beach immediately if front of the garden of the resort is one of the beaches that the endangered turtle species of Caretta-Caretta have chosen to lay their eggs (late spring to late summer). On the left side of the bay about 200 metres from the villas, there is a little cove at which the sea water is almost still and the calm scenery is one to remember.
