Introducing a cozy townhouse with patio in one of the most magnificent residential complexes in Lower Peyia, with a patio and a huge communal swimming pool at your disposal, just behind the patio gate. The house has modern furniture, large bedrooms with high ceilings, a cozy living room with big smart TV, (* 17000 IP TV CHANNEL+NETFLIX), a dining room, an equipped kitchen. House is only few minutes drive from Coral Bay with its sandy beach and few minutes from the old village of Peyia on the hillside. Beautiful panoramic views from every window: sea, mountains and pool; very high ceilings in both bedrooms, spacious beds and good memory foam mattresses hydromassage panel in the bathroom Large swimming pool with a depth increase depth. Very beautiful garden around the townhouse, and a private location away from the road. Patio area away from the eyes of neighbors, but very close to the pool. Rasierou street is secondary and goes straight to the sea, along it you can easily, without turning, get to the old town of Peyia with taverns and bars. It is nice to walk around in the evening. Private villas around the complex. Fully equipped workspace - desk, adjustable chair and high-speed fiber optic internet, everything you need to work "from home", just pack your laptop and get ready to combine a little work with pleasure.
