Protaras Holiday Villa PESV9 Passion s is a new and spacious villa just 3 minute's walk to Pernera Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Cyprus. The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofas, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two large single beds and a family bathroom. The garden area is spacious with a mature garden high quality furniture and a good BBQ. Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house.
