Periyiali Seaside Villa 33 is a magnificent 4-bedroom villa part of Periyiali Konnos Beach Resort. The resort is positioned on a clifftop of Cape Greco National Forest Park, overlooking the torques waters of the Mediterranean Sea and offering the guests privacy, tranquillity of a 5-star resort. The ground floor offers an open plan living room and dining area as well as a fully equipped high-tech kitchen. The wide patio doors open up to join the interior with a comfortable semi-covered veranda and the pool patio, overlooking the private swimming pool and the well-maintained garden. The upper floor features 3 spacious bedrooms, one of which offers side sea views. All bedrooms have queen sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is in the underground level, is equipped with two large sofa beds and also offers en-suite shower. Further up, the villa offers a roof terrace equipped with a gas BBQ and a cozy beanbag settee. Periyiali is a secure, gated, and guarded resort and the villa offers private gated parking for two cars. Periyiali 33 is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and offers high speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, BBQ, modern and comfortable furniture as well as higher-class electrical appliances, the villa offers you the comfort of home away from home. Note that for security reasons you will need to provide the names of all guests prior to arrival to be granted entry to the complex.

This is a residential property, and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
