On the Ground floor, The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and the living room with a comfortable sofa and large flat screen TV.On the the ground floor their is also 2 double bedrooms one of which is en-suite as well as a second shower room to service both the second bedroom as well as the guests.The top floor features 4 bedrooms, a family bathroom and a small kitchenette. The master bedroom is en-suite with a large double bed, two more rooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. The house is fully air-conditioned, offers free high speed Wi-Fi internet and all bedrooms have their own flat screen TV. For the winter period there is also Central heating that is offered at an additional charge.The main attraction of the house is the outside area that features a very large private pool and fully grown garden with various citrus trees as well as parking for 2 cars, BBQ, traditinal cypriot clay oven and even a basketball rim. Listed Prices include 400KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge ofEuro250 over and above the total booking amount. No parties allowed

Protaras Views Holiday Villa PRAM1 is located in a quiet, very much sought after area just 5 minutes' drive or bicycle ride to the centre of Protaras and the best beaches in the area. Protaras, a more family oriented resort for children of all ages features the best beaches of Cyprus, all with crystal clear water and white sand, the most famous of which are Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach. All the main beaches have a water-sports centre where you can enjoy water-ski, scupa diving, flyfish, windsurfing, SUP, sailing, deep sea fishing and just about every watersport you want. The Central Protaras Strip and Pernera have a plethora of traditional as well as modern restaurants that can cater for the most exquisite tastes. Day and night enjoy Agia Napa’s many restaurants, pubs, cafes, taverns and clubs. Live professional nightly entertainment is provided by many hotels throughout the summer.
