Villa Stef is a very comfortable holiday villa surrounded by lovely Mediterranean style garden including hibiscus plants, fragrant jasmines, bougainvilleas and olive trees. The villa is equipped with simple yet elegant and modern, furniture and all the necessary electrical appliances. The living room, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor unfold in an open plan which extends to the outdoor area. With one double and one twin bedroom on the first floor and a double sofa bed one the ground floor, the villa can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. The villa offers two shower rooms one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Listed Prices include 200KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro100 over and above the total booking amount.
