Protaras Zen Holiday Villa is located in a tranquil hill near the heart of Central Protaras. The location of the villa is ideal for a family vacation as within walking distance you will find everything Central Protaras has to offer, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, pharmacies, clinic and of course the best beaches in Cyprus. Villa Protaras Zen is a new, spacious & contemporary house that features all modern facilities and equipment. The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen / living room area with modern furniture, large screen TV, fireplace and a guest WC. The large glass doors of the living room open up to a spacious covered patio equipped with comfortable garden furniture and dinning table and chairs. The second floor offers two double bedrooms both en-suite and with distant sea views. In total Protaras Zen can comfortably accommodate 4 persons in beds. Listed Prices include 200KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro100 over and above the total booking amount. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations are allowed.

Within 10-minute walk there can be found many beautiful beaches including Sunrise Beach and the famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water-sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water-sports you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
