Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company however can be perfect, so we are always striving to make things better for our property owners and our clients.

As you enter the villa, you will find the large, open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room offers a comfortable seating area with satellite TV, the dining area features table and chairs to seat 10 persons and the kitchen has everything you need and all modern appliances for a comfortable self-catering stay. Two of the five bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds, as well as an en suite bathroom with shower and WC. You will also find a utility room next to the kitchen with the dishwasher, washing machine, sink and an extra refrigerator, and there is a ground floor WC. Upstairs, you will find the remaining three bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed and the added luxury of a walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main bathroom has a bathtub, overhead shower and WC.

The Ayia Triada area is located centrally between the resort areas of Kapparis and Pernera. Great for families with children, there are numerous sandy beaches nearby and a good selection of restaurants and bars, all within a 15 minute walk.
