This beautiful villa is located in the popular resort of Kapparis, just 400m to the closest beach and a 2 minute drive to a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. This villa is fully equipped with all furniture and fittings to ensure a very comfortable stay. Downstairs, you will find theaopen plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen television with satellite and patio doors leading to the garden. The dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 people, and the modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is also a W/C on this floor. Upstairs, you will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed and balcony, and bedroom 2 has two single beds and balcony. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. You will also find the main bathroom on this floor with bathtub and overhead shower. Outside, the garden has everything you need for a relaxing holiday with an outside dining area, separate seating area, barbecue, sun loungers and private pool, perfect for the lazy days. There is full air conditioning and WIFI throughout the villa. Overall this is a lovely villa in a great location. A great place to stay for an enjoyable holiday.

The resort area of Kapparis is located between the larger resort of Protaras and the main town of Paralimni. Whilst smaller than the neighbouring areas of Protaras and Pernera, it has become a popular destination for holidaymakers who want to be close to the sea and tourist amenities but also be able to relax on holiday in a quiet location. Kapparis has a number of local and international restaurants and bars and is popular for its clean and sandy coves and beaches which are especially suitable for families with small children. The three main beaches are Fireman’s Beach, Malama Beach and Ayia Triada Beach. Each one is picturesque in its own way, with shallow, clean waters and soft sand. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for rent at each beach with a selection of food and drink facilities within easy reach. For those who want to explore the area, car hire is readily available or why not make use of the local bus service which passes frequently from the outskirts of Kapparis into the nearby resorts of Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa during the summer months.
