Having lived in London, Brussels, and Athens for almost 20 years, I finally settled back home to Cyprus, the beautiful Protaras. and near my hometown Ammochostos! I have worked for over 30 years in the IT & Finance private sector, now retired into Holiday Property Rentals & Management for the last 9 years. As you enter the apartment, you will find a kitchen, a very cozy living room, and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils and features a breakfast bar with seating for 2 people, and the living room features a comfortable sofa, widescreen, and cable TV, as well as access to the balcony. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with 1 bed “drawer pull out” type The bedroom with the double bed has a fully fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet, and access to the balcony. The balcony offers an outside dining area for 4 people, ideal for enjoying a cool and relaxing drink after a day of laying in the hot Cyprus sun, whilst admiring the sea views. The building has free parkıng spaces and the apartment offers a securely covered garage suıtable for one car. This unique apartment is located in a classy complex, close enough to enjoy the beaches and amenities on offer, but far enough away to be able to enjoy the peace and tranquillity, Just a few minutes walk from the beach, this cozy, apartment offers everything you need to enjoy the perfect vacation. The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring, with a plush couch, TV, and WiFi. The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen that will make you feel right at home.

The apartment is located in a tranquil spot. Three sandy beaches are located within a few minutes' walk from the apartment, Sirena Bay, Saint Trinity (Agia Triada), and Kalamies. A mini-supermarket, an ice cream parlor, a cafeteria, and a typical English pub are very close nearby. Egialos, Sirena Bay Beach Bar, and Restaurant are also just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Hotels nearby are Crystal Springs, Golden Coast, and Atlantica Sea Breeze.
