Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company however can be perfect, so we are always striving to make things better for our property owners and our clients.

This luxury and brand new 3 bedroom villa is perfectly located in the popular resort of Protaras, a mere 5 minute walk to the main strip where all the beaches, including the renowned Fig Tree Bay and vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops that Protaras offers. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with new, state of the art furniture and fittings for a comfortable stay. As you enter the villa, you will find the modern, open-plan ground floor surrounded by bi-fold patio doors giving access to the garden and pool area, that oozes sheer class and luxury and immediately gives you the ‘home from home’ feel. The living room is complete with a comfortable corner sofa and widescreen smart TV, the dining area has table and seating for 6 persons, and the stylish fully-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar with extra seating for 2 people.
