This comfortable holiday home is part of a quiet, private complex and is just a short walk from two local beaches, including the popular Konnos Bay. Designed with easy holiday living in mind, the villa features a bright open-plan layout with modern furnishings, a large flat-screen TV with international channels, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing family meals. The living area opens out to a mature garden with a private swimming pool, a shaded seating area, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue—great for relaxed days in the sun. There are three bedrooms, making the home well-suited for families. Two rooms include double beds and ample storage, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is set up with a bunk bed and a pull-out mattress—ideal for children or extra guests. All rooms are air-conditioned for comfort throughout the summer months. Please note: Groups under the age of 25 are not accepted.
