This modern three bedroom villa with a splash of vibrant colours is located in the centre of Pernera and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Spacious, fully equipped and with ample of bathroom space villa can comfortably accommodate seven persons. On lovely veranda at the front, sun terrace with swimming pool at the back and balcony which connects two bedrooms upstairs, guest can get a good suntan. A mature garden which surrounds this villa makes it the perfect place for relaxation.
