This luxury three bedroom villa furnished with attention to detail is situated only 700 m from golden sandy Kalamies Beach and less than 10 minute walk to the centre of Pernera. Downstairs is a spacious open-plan living space which opens to a well-maintained pool area. Upstairs is a family bathroom with three good size bedrooms of which master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower room. There is also a balcony with sea view upstairs ideal for a late afternoon drink and it connects master bedroom with another double bedroom. With ample of entertainment options, this villa promises unforgettable holidays.

Neighbourhood information

Located on the South- East coast of Cyprus, the areas of Protaras and Ayia Napa are popular holiday destinations which boost a fabulous selection of beaches and splendid year round weather. Along the way you may be tempted to try the wide range of water sports. This area are perfect locations for Scuba diving; whether you want something beautiful like sunfish reef or something a bit more historic like the WW1 shipwreck, there are many secluded lagoons to explore. Family orientated and popular with couples, Protaras and Ayia Napa offer hundreds of establishments ranging from pubs, bars, cafes, jewellery shops and restaurants to taverns and much more. There are a variety of leisure facilities to please all holidaymakers. The views from Profit Elias Church, situated on a hill top overlooking Protaras, will never fail to take your breath away, and in July there is two day festival with small stalls and cafes set up, giving a perfect opportunity to try traditional foods. In close proximity is also the old small town of Paralimni, where traditional cafes, shops and churches mingle with today’s modern society.
