A lovely 2 storey Villa with a spacious back yard, a large outdoor swimming pool and bbq facilities; conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Pernera, just a 3-minute walk from Polyxenia Beach. A perfect place for families and groups considered one of the most relaxing areas in Cyprus. The house is perfectly situated behind the main road far from any noises in a private complex. Supermarkets, pubs, bars, and restaurants are all located within walking distance. Location, Location, Location!! Our property enjoys the best location in Pernera. Within a 100 meter radius, you will find a doctor, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more. Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is fastly becoming as popular as neighboring town Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is a fantastic choice for everyone! Protaras has clear sky-blue waters and sandy beaches, the most well-known of which is Fig Tree Bay. Building on the success of Ayia Napa, located about 10 km (6 mi) southwest, it has expanded into a modern holiday resort of considerable size with tens of high capacity hotels, hotel apartments, villas, restaurants, pubs, and associated facilities. Being quieter than Ayia Napa and having less of a club scene, it has a reputation of catering more for family and Cypriot tourism. Cape Greco is a 10-minute drive from the center of Protaras and is considered one of the most beautiful places on the island.
