Filled with light, a spacious villa Larnaka Bay resort will provide you and your family with a wonderful holiday. Access to the sea on a fully equipped wide private beach is just a 3-minute walk from the villa by the complex territory. At your service are a private pool, lounge area with sun loungers and BBQ facilities. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and an oven. The dining area has a large table for 8 people. Sliding doors lead out to a covered terrace where there is also a table for outdoor dining. Enjoy a magnificent Mediterranean views on surroundings from the second floor. At your disposal are 3 bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes. The villa is equipped with 3 TVs, digital TV and high-speed free wi-fi internet, as well as air conditioning in every room. Free parking is provided on site.
The villa is often used for personal residence that is why the owner keeps it in excellent condition and provides the best conditions for a comfortable stay for clients.
The villa is located in the Larnaca Bay Resort, which is on the first line from the sea in a popular tourist area - Dhekelia. Just 3 minutes walk through the territory of the complex and you are already on the beach. For guests with children, there is a large children's playground on site. The complex is closed to outsiders, which guarantees your safety and confidentiality. Private parking is available. Shops, cute cafes and cozy restaurants, a pharmacy, etc. are within walking distance. Just 10 minutes drive - and you are already in the center of Larnaca. The distance from the airport is only 14 km. Car rent and taxi services are available at the aiport for 24 hours. Also the guests can use a bus #425 (from airport bus station) to get to the property and back. The nearest to the villa public transport stop is Akropoleos (Stasi 3).
