It is a 3-bedroom villa providing a luxurious retreat and traditional atmosphere for a party of 6 or a family, with a private heated swimming pool and several external facilities such as a pergola, a bench with an umbrella and sunbeds, surrounded by lemon trees, roses and jasmine. The house is situated in a lane area hidden behind high stone walls and gated with a traditional wooden door for more privacy. Highly recommended to guests who want to relax and sample the traditional village life, with many original features, whilst enjoying home through home comforts. “Nicolas villa” is a bungalow style, one level house with 3 bedrooms. 2 double bed bedrooms with TVs and 1 room that contains 2 single beds that is connected through French style doors with a separate room where an iron and an iron board can be found. Also, there are 2 bathrooms one of which has a jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a spacious sitting room lounge style with a smart TV and a traditional fireplace with original architecture.

A short 100m stroll brings you to the heart of the village where you will find 2 coffee shops, offering sandwiches, hamburgers and drinks. “Lysos Tavern” has Cypriot cuisine such as souvlaki and other food while “Maro’s Place” has added some minimarket items to their range which can be handy. Paradisos Hills is a small family run hotel just 600 meters away from the centre of the village. It is well known for the stunning views, sunsets and off course traditional cuisine. The location of Lysos allows visitors to make long or short walks in the forest of “Stavros tis Psokas” just outside the village where mouflons can be found. Also, we would recommend to pass a visit by “Debby Maria’s Horses” and go horse riding in the mountains. Lysos is only 45 min from Paphos airport and 15 mins from Polis. The Polis area offers beautiful countryside and uncrowded beaches. More specifically, you can visit Latchi area that has top offer a range of restaurants and fish taverns on the beach. Other nearby places to visit would be the Bats of Aphrodite, sandy Lara Bay where the turtles nest and Polis Chrysochous camping site.
