Apartment Description The apartment is located in a quiet part of the city, on the first floor of a brick building that has undergone a complete renovation. Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility – there is no elevator in the building. Free parking is available directly in front of the house in a public outdoor parking area. Layout and Amenities Upon entering through the main door, guests arrive in a hallway that provides access to the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Bathroom The modern bathroom features a toilet with a bidet shower, a bathtub with a shower set and screen, a thermostatic faucet, a sink with a mirror, a storage cabinet, and a combined washer-dryer. A towel rack is also available. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, baking oven, gas stove, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, toaster, and a tea preparation set. Basic dishes and cleaning supplies are provided. There is also a small dining table with two chairs. Living Room The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed (approx. 150×200 cm), ideal for two children or one adult. It is not recommended for two adults due to comfort limitations. A dining table with four chairs and a smart TV with internet access are also available. Bedroom The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180×200 cm) and a spacious built-in wardrobe that spans the entire width of the wall, perfect for storing personal belongings. Hallway The hallway is equipped with a coat rack and space for storing shoes.
