Vladka was born here in this region and thanks to her wonderful family and adventurous nature, she knows every corner of this mountain countryside. She traveled the world for 10 years and lived in beautiful places like Canada, Costa Rica and Australia while working in Travel industry. During one of her travels through India, she met Ash, who was born and raised in Himalayas but lived in the UK for 12 years. Ash graduated in mechanical engineering from Cambridge and worked in engineering, software and IT industry. Vladka brought Ash to ride on her world of snowboarding and downhill mountain biking while Ash introduced her to the world of mindfulness, meditation and spirituality. Their unique life experiences, education and skills, combined with their work ethic and adventurous spirit, created the Bohemian Homes. Now the Bohemian Homes team, consisting of our amazing family, neighbors, and incredible friends work together to give you an amazing experience. Gorgeous cozy modern home on the edge of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park! All you need in 75 m2. It's part of Bohemian Homes (3 independent houses) and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then this is ideal for you! Perfect for couples, families, and business/solo travelers. The great starting point for all kinds of outdoor activities with bicycle routes and marked hiking trails right next to the house. A luxurious, mix of wooden and glass house with a spacious covered terrace was built at the end of 2020 on pillars up to 1.5m above the ground. Large glass walls offer beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. You can watch deer graze in the local forest right from the comfort of our couch. Fully equipped modern kitchen, two small bedrooms with a very comfortable double bed in one bedroom, a bunk bed for three in the other bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the living room. In the living area as well as in the master bedroom, guests will find floor-to-ceiling glass walls which provide an intimate connection with the surrounding nature. Crackling wood in the fireplace, a small bookcase and plenty of board games are available in the living room as well as a big flat-screen TV with full access to Netflix and other TV programs, including superfast Wi-Fi. The kitchen includes everything you need for comfortable cooking including a tall fridge-freezer, full induction stove, oven, convection microwave, kettle, and dishwasher. A large wardrobe is at your disposal, including a washing machine in the utility room. The self-enclosed bathroom includes a glass shower and heated floor, as well as a sink and a toilet. Linens and towels are kindly provided. The beautiful creek flows along an 800 m2 garden, where you can find a playground, an outdoor fire pit area, a hammock, and of course private parking for two cars.

Massage whirlpool with a temperature of up to 40 ° C will ensure you romantic relaxation in any weather. Our wellness is fully private and easy to book with our own reservation system. This area is shared for all 3 houses and is already included in your stay. Our property is located in the beautiful surroundings of Bohemian Switzerland and the Lusatian Mountains, which offer many opportunities for sports activities such as hiking, cycling, MTB, fishing, horseback riding, rafting, or canoeing. A trip to Germany to the rock castle Ojbin, Aquapark trixi in Groschonau, or Thermal Spa in Badchandau. There is a bike path right next to the house. Not far from the building (200m) is the famous ŽOFÍN GOAT FARM.
