The fine print
In case of normal consumption electricity is included in the room rate. From 1 May to 1 October, electricity is included in the price with max. 15 Kwh per apartment per day. In winter, a maximum 50 Kwh per apartment is included in the rate. In case of overconsumption of the energy/electricity, the charge will be imposed subject to the current price.
Please note that towels and kitchen linen are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or can rent them onsite for the following extra charges:

A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
