Hello, my name is Petr and I will be your host in our family apartments. If anything is not clear to you, don't hesitate to ask me. Otherwise, I am an active athlete, an avid traveler and a lover of the island of Crete, from where we import our own Theikos olive oil (of course it cannot be missing in the apartments).

Property information

Stay in new and fully equipped apartments with terraces, air conditioning and free parking near Brno in the center of Šlapany. Whether you're traveling for work or pleasure, you'll feel right at home. Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee pot. Comfort will be provided by air conditioning, very fast internet (500 Mbps+), smart 4K TV with Netflix, underfloor heating, insect screens on the windows and electric outdoor blinds/blackout curtains. The bathrooms are equipped with a washing machine with dryer, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and other little things. Šlapanice is a nice town just outside Brno. You are in the center of Brno in 25 minutes by public transport and in 10 minutes by car at the airport.

Neighbourhood information

Šlapanice is a picturesque town just outside Brno. Here you will find peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, but at the same time you still have it within reach. Right opposite the apartments is the Říčka stream, along which you can go for pleasant walks in nature. Heading south, you will reach the Ponětovice pond and heading north to the Mariánské údolí, where it is worth going for a longer walk or bike ride. Šlapanice is a great starting point for trips to Brno, the Moravian Karst (Macocha caves), South Moravia and the Kyjovsko region. The apartments are about a 10-minute drive from the airport, so it is really easy to get here even if you are traveling to Brno by plane, and at the same time they are close to the motorway exits, thanks to which you can avoid the denser traffic in the center of Brno.
