Uplně nový elegantní dům s dvěmi ložnicemi a koupelnami v blízkosti Pálavy a Mušovských jezer. Terasa na střeše domu nabízí výhledy na Mušovská jezera a Pálavské kopce, které jsou synonymem vinařství. Dům má dvě ložnice a dvě koupelny a nabízí možnost relaxace i další volnočasové aktivity. Je umístěn na kraji obce Brod nad Dyjí v blízkosti Mušovských jezer, které jsou jako stvořeny pro pěší turistiku, cyklistiku a rybaření. V blízkosti je Lednicko-valtický areál, vinařský ráj Pavlov a Mikulov.
