Welcome to Bella-Bene and this beautiful studio apartment for a great short or long-term stay in Pforzheim. The apartment has recently been extensively renovated and furnished to a high standard with great attention to detail. Start the day with a good coffee on the spacious terrace and enjoy the first rays of sunshine of the day. The apartment has a comfortable French double bed (140x200 cm), a smart TV with Netflix and soundbar and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher). The stylish bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. High-quality towels and bed linen as well as shower gel and shampoo are provided. In the living area, a cozy couch invites you to relax and offers an additional place to sleep in just a few simple steps if required. Various ambilights can be used to set the scene for the apartment. A large wardrobe offers you plenty of storage space, where you will also find an iron and ironing board. A duplex underground parking space is available directly at the house. This is not suitable for SUVs/vans due to the height restriction. Maximum vehicle dimensions: length 5m, height 1,5m, weight 2.0 tons. We provide high-quality bed linen and towels in hotel quality. A welcome set with coffee, tea and milk awaits you in the kitchen. Shampoo, shower gel and washing powder are available for you in the bathroom. We will send you the check-in information by message a few days before your stay.

The location of the Bella-Bene studio apartment in the eastern part of Pforzheim is very central: the city center and the main train station are just a few minutes' walk away, and there are restaurants, cafés and shops nearby.
