Freuen Sie sich auf einen Urlaub in der Natur in unserem 2022 neu gebauten Ferienhaus. Das modern eingerichtete Ferienhaus befindet sich im autofreien Ferienpark Lauterdörfle im Biosphärengebiet Schwäbische Alb. Das Lauterdörfle ist ein idealer Ort für einen Urlaub mit der Familie oder mit Freunden. Freizeitangebote vor Ort: • Spielplatz • Minigolfanlage • Freiluftschach • Tennisplatz • Bolzplatz • überdachtes Spielehaus mit Tischfußball & Tischtennisplatten • Sauna (momentan außer betrieb) Das nachhaltige, ökologische Haus, im typischen Lauterdörfle Stil in Blockbohlenbauweise, wird Ende Mai 2022 fertiggestellt. Beim Bau des Hauses wurde auf Kunststoffe und nicht nachhaltige Baustoffe verzichtet. Zum Einsatz kamen regional Baufirmen und Holz aus Süddeutschland. Die Dämmung der Außenwände und Dach besteht aus Holzfasern, die Fenster und Terrasse sind aus Holz. Das gesamte Haus hat einen 2 cm starken massiven Eichenboden, das Bad, WC und der Technikraum ist gefliest. Die massiven Holz- Türen sind 2,10 m hoch. Highlight ist die Wandheizung mit gesunder Wärme und mit Lehm verputzte Wände.
