See pereettevõttena tegutsev hotell asub Windelsbachis ning on ümbritsetud Frankenhöhe looduspargiga. Hotell pakub traditsioonilist Frangimaa toitu ja vaikseid tube, kus on lameekraaniga televiisor ja privaatne vannituba. Kolmetärnihotell Gasthof Linden & Wildkräuterhotel asub Rothenburg ob der Tauberist vaid 10-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Traditsioonilistes tubades on lameekraaniga televiisor ja telefon. Kõik toad on 2012. aasta lõpus renoveeritud ning omanäoliselt kujundatud taimsetes toonides. Külalised on teretulnud valmistama taimeteed oma toas. Valgusküllases hommikusöögisaalis pakutakse piirkondlikku hommikusööki Rootsi lauas. Hotelli Gasthof Linden traditsioonilises restoranis pakutakse piirkondlikke hõrgutisi ja Vahemere stiilis roogasid. Restoranis on laiad puidust lauad ja kahhelahi. Linden Gasthof und Gästehaus on hea lähtepunkt, kust minna matkama ja jalgrattaga sõitma Frankenhöhe maapiirkonnas.
