This family-run hotel in the heart of Haßmersheim features its own boat and canoe pier as well as a terrace directly on the River Neckar. Onsite parking is free, and the A6 motorway is within a 20-minute drive. Rooms at the hotel are decorated with classic wooden furniture and warm colour schemes. All rooms are fitted with a seating area, a TV with cable channels and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a shower. Some rooms offer views of the river. A buffet breakfast is provided each morning in the rustic-style restaurant with its traditional wooden beams and cosy fireplace. Guests can enjoy homemade fruit liqueurs as well as regional Swabian dishes prepared with locally farmed meats. Hotel-Gasthof zum Neckar is an ideal base for hiking and cycling in the Neckar-Odenwald Nature Park. There is a free garage for bicycles and motorbikes. Heidelberg is 35 km from Hotel-Gasthof zum Ritter, while Heilbronn is 19 km from the property. The nearest airport is Mannheim City Airport, 50 km from the hotel.
