This charming attic apartment in Nemmersdorf, built in an efficiency house in 2020, promises a pleasant stay in a peaceful setting. Spanning 61 sqm, it offers ample space and was lovingly completed in mid-September 2023. Nearby amenities such as bakeries and beverage markets in Goldkronach, just 2 km away, as well as grocery stores in Weidenberg and Bad Berneck, make the stay both comfortable and convenient. The city of Bayreuth, known for its cultural offerings, is just a short drive away. The apartment impresses with its open floor plan and the impressive ceiling height of up to 2.80 m to the beams. The thoughtful furnishings include a spacious king-size bed, an additional bed for a third guest, and, upon request, the provision of a crib and high chair. The eat-in kitchen shines with modern electrical appliances and a complete setup that leaves little to be desired. Comfort is further enhanced by a newly furnished bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, a TV with satellite receiver, and a comprehensive selection of historical novels. For longer stays, the apartment offers not only cozy rooms but also practical amenities such as a washing machine. The outdoor area of the apartment features a beautifully landscaped front garden area and a cozy seating set including a Hollywood swing for relaxation. A charcoal grill can be provided upon request, while the garden currently remains open and a separate garden area for guests will be created in 2024. Parking is available directly in front of the house. The location of the house provides an ideal starting point for exploration in the Fichtelgebirge, from e-mountain bike tours to hiking. The festival and university town of Bayreuth, as well as excursion destinations in the Franconian Switzerland, are easily accessible and promise varied days in the nature and culture of the region. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
