Pine Cone Loft is tucked away in a hidden valley just 10 minutes away from the city center of Baden-Baden, yet completely surrounded by hills and forests. Situated on the top floor of a traditional Black Forest house, the loft has been completely renovated with its character intentionally retained. The apartment consists of one bedroom, a generous open plan living-dining area, a modern kitchen, a private balcony overlooking the garden, and a bright bathroom with a walk-in shower. If you are looking to switch off from a busy life but like the idea of still having the hustle and bustle of a town at your fingertips, this makes an ideal retreat.
In 2014, we started started from scratch making Baden-Baden our new home. We fall more and more in love with the Black Forest and its people ever day. We have 2 dogs, a house and a garden, and we think that cooking food your picked yourself is luxury. We love traveling just as much as hosting, exploring and respecting nature, different cultures and cuisines. We both enjoy cooking, hiking, classical music concerts and spending time with friends.
The proximity to what's got to be the world's smallest cosmopolitan town (Baden-Baden), and yet the beauty of the nature surrounding us. You can visit a vinery, soak in thermal waters, go get Croissants in France and hike through the Black Forest all in the same day. The possibilities are endless. And then, upon arriving home, just pick some veg from the garden and cook your own meal.
