Vacation cottage with garden for you alone! Wonderfully quiet and sunny, only 200m to the lake. Perfect for your vacation whether summer or winter, dogs allowed for a fee!With garden cottage, parking and garage. Great covered terrace with small lake view . Sun loungers, barbecue area .Large eat-in kitchen with cozy dining area.Living room with TV set and couch. WLAN in the whole house. Ground floor: 1 bedroom and bathroom with large shower and extra toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with connecting door and bathroom.When booking at the price for 2 people, only the spacious first floor of the house with about 85 sqm is available. The lake house is best suitable for up to 6 persons, also with children and pets. Small quiet place on the lake. There is everything here nearby what you need daily. Beautiful walks, water sports, fishing, cycling, hiking.Ideal location for trips to Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Chiemsee uvm. To the mountains by train, on foot or by bike! Many local tours and events via Tourist Info Waging.
