About this property
This family-run, 4-star hotel offers modern accommodation in the town of Straubing in Lower Bavaria, just 400 metres away from the railway station. Individually furnished rooms equipped with modern amenities await you at the Stadthotel Wenisch. All of these rooms include comfy beds, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi internet access. The elegant suites feature a spa bath in the bathroom. Enjoy tasty regional specialities prepared with meat from the Wenisch’s own butcher’s shop in the hotel restaurant. Complement your meal with a glass of fine wine or a refreshing draught beer. During summer months, you can dine on the delightful terrace. Many historic sights are just a short walk away from the hotel. These include the Medieval Stadtturm (tower) and the Basilika St. Jakob (basilica). From 08th to 24th August 2025, our restaurant is closed for company holidays. Overnight stay with breakfast is possible, only lunch and dinner are not served during this period.
