Ideal for families, friends, business groups. · Area: The total area of rooms is about 502 square meters, the living room area is about 97 square meters, the garden area is about 3,201 square meters, and the balcony and terrace area exceeds 256 square meters.

Our Villa is located in the southeast corner of Munich, the best air quality area in Germany - Oberbayern, 83620, the district Feldkirchen-Westerham. The environment is beautiful and quiet, surrounded by greenery, pure and pollution-free. 700 meters away from EDEKA supermarket, ESSO gas station, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, ice cream parlors, bars, pharmacies, post offices, Sparkasse banks, etc. The villa is located just off the A8 highrway, 35 km from Munich city centre Marienplatz, 40 km from Messe Munich and 66 km from Munich Airport. We have Parking garage and Outdoor parking space.We offer extra service such as currency exchange, tourism advisory, car use, etc.
