Calm and quiet room. Living-room and terrace is shared, bathroom may be shared, the room is private. Cats in the house (not in your room)- there may be kittens.

Close to town-viewpoint (5 min. walk) Forest, lake, nice peaceful walks. Quiet and safe area.
