New cozy 109m2 summerhouse for 6 persons at North Sea in the middle of very nice nature dunes and trees near Løkken and Blokhus, only 350m from beautiful beach. Many nice terrace free from wind and neighbors There’s room for hole family and nice light and nature coming via the huge windows. Everything inside house are very good quality. Nice bathroom with spa for 1-2 persons, 13m2 Activity-room. HotTub and Double Shelter on ground, Playground and minigolf only 100m away.... Note Price incl electricity, water, heating etc. Price including: - Water and Heat/Cooling - Bed linen, Towels. - EL, (Temporary max 40 kWh/day after this 3,50dkr/kWh) average use in winter is 40kWh/day. No charging of EL-cars at house, house not made for it. 10 pcs chargers at Landal only 100m away. - Fiber Internet 200/200Mbit - 2 person discount - Cheap house cleaning -Cozy Outdoor Wilderness bath/Hot Tub for firewood available (Please ask before use for guide, cheap firewood available 10Euro/Large Basket) In summerhouse there is a bedroom/playroom (West) with a double luxury wall bed cozy LED light 160cm X 200cm and TV, PlayStation, Xbox Kinect, mini Pool, mini air-hockey, LEGO etc. TV have internal "Philips ChromeCast" for streaming Tv, Netflix etc. very nice to lie in bed and look at dunes. -Bed-room (East) view to “forrest”
I am a calm man who lives in Aalborg with my wife Camilla and our 3 children. I like things to be in order. Enjoys relaxing in the summer house by Løkken, the sea and the dunes. Summerhouse is located between Blokhus and Løkken only 350m from Europe larges beach close to Fårup Sommerland, Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse and Børglum kloster. Only 100m away we have mini-golf, huge playground, beach volleyball, tennis, football etc. It is possible to rent the hal at Landal with possibility to use indoor playground, hockey, badminton, football etc. Contact reception.(If no Corona rules). Small grocery store only few minutes walk away from the summerhouse. Very nice nature: MTB sti 100 and walk sti 13. Parking lots for Electrical cars only 100m away from summerhouse at Holiday center Ingeborgvej 2 9480 Løkken, Please do not charge your car at the summerhouse, as the wiring is not sized for it.
