Property information

Paseo del Mar is a condominium opened in 2019. Paseo del Mar buildings mean security (24h/7 days), peace and quiet, despite the bustling neighborhood. If you want relax by the large swimming pool, away from the hustle and bustle of the street, that's what it is great place to rest! As one of the few around Bavaro the condominium has filters for the water which is desalinated and there are none bad smell! The apartment with an area of 55 m2 is located on the 2nd floor of the building, Has 1 bedroom, a living room with a comfortable, fold-out double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. From comfortable terrace you can admire the beautiful garden and open swimming pool. The apartment has its own free parking space. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, washer-dryer, 2 sets of TV with cable TV, internet, wifi, iron and ironing board. Equipped kitchen there is a cooker (4 burners) with an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, large fridge with freezer, set of cutlery, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, a set of pots and pans, knives and cutting board.

In the immediate vicinity, great restaurants serve local cuisine (La Casita de Yeya) and from around the world, including Unagui (Japanese cuisine),Pastrata (mexican restaurant), A Casa di Lorenzo (Italian cuisine), Pranama (Indian cuisine), Citrus (fusion cuisine), Los Patrones (Mexican cuisine). In the area, we especially recommend italian A Casa di Lorenzo restaurant, Citrus (fusion, Peruvian cuisine), and a bit further we invite you to the oldest restaurant in the area, serving, among others, fruits of the sea - Captain Cook! The nearest beach acces is 7 minutes walk (365 Beach Club). There are numerous beach bars (Flamingo, Soles Bar) or restaurants (Zoho Beach Club) just a short walk from the apartment.
