Hillhouse is on a large and very private lot (2 scres). The property is located on a hill on the edge of Rio San Juan. The property has a large garden area and many fruit trees. The Centre of town is only a few minutes away. Beaches are close by. A housekeeper lives in a separate apartment on the site. She takes care of all needs and will cook on request.
