Modern 3-Bedroom apartment in a recently building within the beautiful Salinas peninsula! The apartment includes five beds within the three bedrooms, washer, dryer, and complete amenities. The Tenerife I building is within walking distance to the main boardwalk (el Malecon), supermarkets, bars, the luxurious Salinas Yacht Club, and most importantly-- the beach! We reserve the right to request a deposit for reservations (a percentage of the total reservation price) because of Booking's inadequate cancelation policy.
I am a Native New Yorker and frequently travel for work and leisure. I am an avid runner enjoy reading, movies, music, and Cross fit. I have traveled and lived in Latin America. The apartment is in the Chipipe area of Salinas just a short walk from the iconic Salinas Malecon, the Salinas Yacht Club, robust night-life, super markets, and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe with rolling security patrols and an overall positive safe reputation. In Chipipe, taxis and buses are plentiful and economical to mobilize and explore nearby beaches and attractions. The apartment is about 75 minutes from Guayaquil via car or bus. For a modest fee, I can arrange airport transport from Guayaquil's airport to Salinas.
