The property is amazing! The best views of the city, and the Guayas River from the 18th floor. The apartment is decorated with fine teak wood with luxurious finishes everywhere. Equipped with hot water, air conditioning, various types of lighting (led, vintage bulbs, spotlights), fully equipped kitchen, one king size bed + one roll away or two twin + roll away, linens, towels, washer and dryer (extra cost available upon request). BASIC HOUSE RULES / REGLAS BASICAS English 1. Please no loud music or parties, neighbors are very sensitive to noise 2. Please turn off the air-conditioning when you are not at home as well as lights. Electricity is expensive in Ecuador. 3. No smoking inside the apartments Espanol: 1. Por favor no hacer ruidos altos, o música alta, no fiestas, vecinos son muy sensibles a la bulla. 2. Por favor dejar apagado el aire acondicionado cuando no este en el apartamento, al igual que las luces, electricidad es muy cara en Ecuador. 3. Prohibido fumar dentro del apartamento

This is downtown Guayaquil. Close to all mayor attractions in the city, restaurants, banks, shops, supermarket, you name it, it’s here, safe! Malecon 3 blocks away, Iguana Park 5 blocks away, Las Peñas Historic Neighborhood 10 blocks away, artisan’s market 5 blocks away, Municipal Museum 6 blocks away, Nahim Isaias Museum 6 blocks away, MAAC Museum 10 blocks away, Presley Norton Museum 11 blocks away.
