Dear Travellers This charming house offers guests a spacious room with a private bathroom. It is ideal for resting and relaxing, whilst experiencing the scenes of the antique streets and houses in the Historical Centre, from its two balconies. Social areas provide incredible views of the "Virgen del Panecillo", where you can drink free tea or coffee, while you relax in the evening, enjoying the perfect viewpoint of Quito's amazing sunset. There is also a large backyard and garden, where you can unwind, exercise in the fresh air or simply enjoy the views from the covered patio. We think you'll love the cleanliness of all the areas within our house, and we aim to make you feel comfortable, and at home, throughout your entire stay.

This beautiful colonial house was built over 200 years ago and is only 50m from the famous street "La Ronda", a 5 minute walk to the main plaza of Quito, and 13 minutes in a taxi to the Panecillo and other stunning attractions which we will recommend to you.
