Apartmendi esimesel korrusel on külaliste käsutuses stiilne köök koos einestamisala ja kõige vajalikuga. Köögis on olemas külmkapp, pliit, nõudepesumasin ja kapselkohvimasin. Esimesel korrusel on elutuba istumisnurgaga, kus on lahtikäiv diivan, smart-TV, raadio. Esimesel korrusel asub WC- ja dušširuum, milles on külastajatele kasutamiseks ka pesumasin. Apartemendis on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Teisel korrusel on magamisruum mugava laia voodiga. Töönurk, mis on sisustatud vanaaegse sekretäriga, annab võimaluse vajadusel tegeleda mugavalt ka tööasjadega. Teisel korrusel on rõdu, kus saab nautida Kuressaare vanalinna atmosfääri.
