Electric scooters and bikes are not permitted within the 'Almaza Bay' property premises.

Differentents may apply when booking more than 5 rooms. Bookings are refundable, and the full amount of the stay will be charged at any time.

When booking ground floor rooms, additional charges will apply, subject to property availability.

For the Refundable bookings, Payment Gate-Way link will be sent to the guest to settle & guarantee the booking maximum 7 days prior the arrival. Payments for refundable bookings must be collected no later than 7 days prior to the guest’s arrival. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be automatically cancelled. A payment link will be sent to guests accordingly through our reservation team.

For Non-Refundable bookings, Payment Gate-Way link will be sent via email to process full payment.
