CASA LAS PLAYITAS 1min to the beach! Breathtaking sea views from all rooms. 2 apartments in 1 house; Apartment 1 and 2 are on the ground floor. Apt1 with covered porch and garden, Apt2 with sunny terrace. - Apt1: The garden is the only commonplace (Apt1 and property owner) - Each apartment has a separated entry. - From almost all rooms you have a breathtaking view of the bay, the sea and the picturesque hills - located on a small hill, 1 min.zum beach, incredible views of d. Bay and village - just a stone's throw away from the beach, the lovely promonade and about 10 minutes along the beach to Golf / Sport Hotel - Bicycle / jogging track to the next larger city Gran Tarajal (ca.4km) with many shops and restaurants Deposit: 150, -Euro
I love the nature, my family, my friends and my home. Hope, that you will love my home in Fuerteventura as well :-) My home there is so lovely, very original and warm. In my house you can fall asleep while hearing the sea and the wind... Sprachen: Deutsch, English, Español
- Children: Our house is unfortunately not suitable for children under 12 years and pets, since the houses in Las Playitas are terraced and our terraces have very low parapets, an accident could happen here quickly. One could not let the kids momentarily out of sight. - Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and on the veranda, but smoking is allowed in the garden (Apt1) and on the terrace (Apt2). - Pets: not permitted - Traveler registration (for all guest) and showing ID / passport is by law obligated. In case of denial entrance is not allowed. ATTENTION! The last two weeks (or at least 3 days) in June (highlight on June 29) every year the village is celebrating the Feast of "San Pedro Pescador". At this time is hilariously celebrated on the jetty / beach. This note is important because my house is very close to the water and you can hear the music also in my house. For our guests, who long for rest and relaxation that would be rather disadvantageous However, for those guests who like the bustle and want to celebrate,that time is highly recommended. It is a great spectacle with very good mood and party on the doorstep, so to speak ;-)
