This small apartment-complex situated in Breña Baja is surrounded by beaches and mountains, where you can relax in total tranquility. Just 8 apartments set in 4000㎡ where you are able to unwind in total tranquility and privacy. The beach has been awarded with the "Blue Flag" category by the EU, which guarantees the quality of its waters and beach. On arrival guests will find a welcome basket including water, a bottle of wine and fruit.

Just 300 metres away is one of the best beaches on the island, with plenty of black sand and small natural pools that allow you to enjoy the water even when the waves are rough. On the beach is El Pulpo, a popular seaside restaurant. In addition, other restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, hairdressers, bicycle rental, diving centres, a doctor, a pharmacy and many other shops are within easy walking distance. 4 km from the airport and 7 km from the capital.
