• Please note that damage deposit when guests are below 25 years old will be 100EUR per person.
• Please note that guests arriving with pets are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Pets have a supplement of EUR 8.00 per night.
• On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated at 10:00 a.m. Before returning the keys, make sure that the apartment is in the same condition in which you found it: No broken or damaged objects, clean rooms, clothes collected, kitchen utensils washed and without any garbage (this must have been deposited in the containers street). Failure to comply with these rules will result in the withholding of the deposit amount.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
